5. We collect personal information, including but not limited to your email address, first and last name, address, city, state, zip code, phone number, gender, and date of birth, when you enter the $1000 scholarship contest at BookScholarship.com.

You can decline acceptance of these cookies by turning off cookies in your browser, however some features of our site may not work optimally.

If requested from a visitor by the visitor filling out a form and clicking submit, the information the visitor entered may be sent to a third party whose privacy policy may not be the same as our website.
