Terms & Conditions1. Void where prohibited by law. 2. Contest is only open to legal residents of the United States who are thirteen years of age or older. 3. The partners of BookScholarship and any related companies or family members are not eligible to enter to win. 4. If any entry is found to have false information in any field, the entry is considered invalid an not eligible to win the $1000 scholarship. 5. By participating in the BookScholarship contest, the entrant agrees to accept these rules and the decisions of BookScholarship. 6. The contest period begins on August 1st at 12:00 AM Central Standard Time (CST) and ends on July 31st at 11:59 PM CST with the winner to be drawn on or about August 1st. Five (5) entrants will be randomly drawn on the day of the drawing. The first one will be the winner and the successive entrants will be runners up in order that they are randomly drawn. The drawing will be recorded on video which will be posted on the website. Only one entry per person per contest period is permitted. 7. A contest winner will be contacted by email, phone call and postal mail within 7 days of the drawing. The winner has 14 days to respond via postal mail, phone call or email. If the winner does not respond within 14 days the runner up will be selected as the contest winner. 8. If any part of the entrants information is found to be falsified or invalid, the runner up will be selected as the winner. 9. The contest prize is a $1000 book scholarship that can be used to purchase books at the college of their choice. 10. In order to enter the contest you must provide valid information for all required fields and reach the final page. There no cost to enter the contest. 11. BookScholarship LLC is not responsible for any lost, miscommunicated or misdirected entries. BookScholarship LLC is also not responsible for any communication with the advertisers on our site, from any entrant and any adverse actions that might come from communicating with the advertisers. We do not require any entrant to communicate with our advertisers in order to win or to gain a better chance of winning the $1000 BookScholarship. 12. Submitting information to our advertisers does not increase your chances of winning the $1000 BookScholarship contest. Only one entry is allowed per person, per entry period. 13. BookScholarship LLC reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value in the event that the prize becomes unavailable for any reason. 14. Acceptance of the $1000 prize shall constitute the winner's acceptance of use of their name, voice, opinions, prize information for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without limitation and without further payment or consideration, except where prohibited by law. 15. By participating in the BookScholarship contest the entrant agrees to hold harmless BookScholarship LLC, its partners and affiliated companies from any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the contest or receipt or use of any prize either directly or indirectly. 16.
